Lifetime Guarantee:
We guarantee our repairs for as
long as you own your vehicle. This
guarantees that our repairs are:
1) Free from defects in material
and workmanship, and
2) Conforms to the
general
industry standards in use at the time of the
repair.
Due to the many diverse parts and materials used in the repair
of vehicles,
this guarantee will not exceed any supplier¡¯s warranty for
parts or materials.
This warranty is not transferable.
Exclusions:
1) Normal wear and tear, misuse,
damage, and neglect.
2) Damage not included
in the
agreed upon repairs.
3) Loss of use, and
unrelated
compensation.
4) Damage caused by
environmental
pollutants (acid rain) or other acts
of God.
5) Rust
6) Incidental costs,
such as
towing fees, car rental charges, travel
expenses, or
assemblies and components which are not specifically
covered by this limited warranty
7) Consequential
damages, such as
damages to other assemblies and
components resulting
from a defective part or installation of such part
installed or repaired during the repair process.
All warranty work must be
performed at CAR MATE COLLISION CENTER.
This
Limited Written Warranty shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified,
or
interpreted by any prior course of dealings.
